I walked alone along the beach 4 years ago with so many emotions that I didn't understand... sent a sms, made a short talk... hm 4 years, many has changed... true, kid :)
When we were living in Cambodia from 2005-07, we saw huge changes ain Sihanoukville -- the only businesses on Otres Beach were a few family-run restaurants that would provide you with drinks while you sat at the beach. And you were the only one on the beach! I haven't been back, but sensed that Otres would be quickly changing...Too bad.
I remeber alot about Ocheuteal beach as my grandparents have a house next to the beach. It was quiet, no one there beside a few members of my family who went down to swim. That was great, the beach was clean but for now the beach is a disaster...
